Step 1: Open the login page and sign in

Enter your credentials
Type your Autodesk ID (email) and password to sign in. If you have 2-Step Verification enabled, follow the instructions to complete it.
Tip: Enterprise users may be redirected to a Single Sign-On (SSO) page. Simply follow the company login instructions.
Step 2: View your email address in Profile

Open Profile
After signing in, click your avatar in the top-right corner → select Manage Account or Profile.

Check your registered email
On the Profile page, find the Email field. This is the email address linked to your Autodesk ID.
Tip:After successful activation, re-logging in will show the authorized programs in Products and Services.
Troubleshooting
- Forgot password: Click Forgot? on the login page and recover via email. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
- Email not accessible: Contact your organization’s admin or update to a working email (verification required).
- SSO issues: Verify your corporate VPN/network, or try incognito mode in your browser.
- Region/network errors: Switch networks, disable browser plugins, or try another browser.
Important: Never share your password or verification codes. Always ensure the domain is
autodesk.com to avoid phishing.
